Mrs. Burns  responsibilities included coordinating all financial and operations, the creation and filing of financial data, audits and reviews, internal control procedure creation and review, contract review and approvals, legal and regulatory compliance, investor relations, federal and state registration requirements and multi-state tax compliance. Manage warehouse and fulfillment services, vendor selection and human resources.
